My friend quit last year and is still smoke free.  She feels better and although tempted has not started up again.

Good for your friend.  I lapsed back earlier this year for a short period but quit again.

I lapsed again. Like most smokers I smoked when stressed.  Everyone who doesn't smoke says it doesn't help, but it helps me.
