On this news last night I saw a report on just how uninformed the voting public is.  I am not that shocked about the results, but it is disappointing.  How can we hold our elected officials accountable if we don't even understand how the process works.  If you didn't get to see the reports I posted about in my blog.  I voted for Mr. Obama, but at least I knew why I voted for him.

I saw that report.  It was shocking to see how uniformed the public is.  Most of them didn't seem to care that either.  However, the fact that negative coverage of McCain and Palin shows just how much the media was helping to elect Obama.

I found it disturbing, but not shocking.  All you have to is talk to neighbors or friends and you can see how uniformed they are about what is going on the country and the world.  Most don't watch any news, get most of their information from blogs or friends and don't pay attention until it is to late and then affects them.  The fact that half were college graduates and didn't understand the political system was somewhat shocking.
