I have a gmail account and I am thinking about using the consolidation feature to get my gmail into my account here.  Has anyone used this feature and what do you think of it?

I used it for a couple of months while I converted over to this service.  I didn't lose any mail from my gmail account and the mail came in just like they were sending directly to me.  It was screened for spam and viruses and I did not get either.  Once I had everybody using my new email address I stopped using it.

So you were satisfied with the way it worked and would recommend it?

I had also used the mail consolidation when I first started and I found it made easier to transition to this service.  I used it until everyone knew my new email address and then I stopped.  It does make transitioning easier than checking for email on multiple services.

I think I am going to try it.
